Minnesota First District Republicans Official Organizing 2022 Convention Call
Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota, Delegates and Alternates residing within the boundaries of the newly drawn Minnesota First Congressional District who were elected by their BPOU Conventions held in 2022 are called to a Republican Party District Organizing Convention to meet

Registration and check-in will begin at 9:00 am, with convention start at 10:00 am
Registration and check-in will close on April 23rd, 2022 at 12:00 noon. Delegates or Alternates arriving after the close of registration/check-in will not be seated but may remain as a guest.
The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:
1) Endorsement of a First Congressional District Republican candidate for Congress
2) Election of First Congressional District Officers and Executive Committee Members
3) Adopt a First Congressional District Republican Party Constitution
4) Voting on Republican Party Platform Resolutions
5) Transacting such other business as may properly come before this convention

• Early registration fee of $50. 1 Registered Guest is permitted per Delegate or Alternate.
• Guests younger than 18 years are free when accompanied by a registered Delegate or Alternate.
• Registration and payment by mail must be postmarked by April 13th. The early online deadline is April 21st at noon after which time registration is increased to $60 and box lunches will no longer be available. Registration Questions may be directed to David Sovinski (507) 867-0062
Box Lunch is available at $20 for early registrants. Choice of Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef or Smoked Gouda (vegan) on Wheatberry Bread (all sandwiches served w/lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, kettle chips, and cookie) drink included.
• Convention documents will be available after April 18th at http://www.mncd1republicans.org.
• Table rentals for vendors and statewide candidates are $100, free for Congressional Candidates. Set-up is at 7:00 am. Contact Jerod Spilman (507) 766-6206.
